The offered vehicles are relatively new, the procedures are fast, and the staff is very friendly. Returning the car is also very convenient. The owner is friendly and straightforward. Minor scratches are covered by insurance, so there's no personal cost.
Since we were going to the Czech Republic, we were unable to rent a higher-grade car and chose a Passat station wagon of the same group with multiple drivers. We were given a new Touran which had only been driven 2100 kilometers, equipped with an English GPS that provided real-time road information. We chose to pick up the car at Frankfurt Airport, and upon arrival, we had to walk to parking lot P29 outside Terminal A to wait for a shuttle bus. The bus took 3 minutes to the company's office where we completed the paperwork. The process was simple and did not require a notarized letter. The vehicle was inspected, the fuel type was explained, and the GPS company address and the nearest gas station address were saved, then we were on our way. Returning the car required dropping it off at the office for inspection, fuel check, and signing paperwork. A shuttle bus then took us to the departure hall, not the parking lot where we initially waited. It was very considerate and convenient. Buying full insurance from QEEQ was great, and there were no additional promotions from the rental company, which felt good.

Friendly and patient attitude. Mercedes-Benz GLA260, over 5000 kilometers, very good. However, the cigarette lighter was not working, so the complimentary GPS couldn't be charged in the car. Fortunately, I had a power bank, otherwise the GPS would have been useless.
The car was fantastic. We booked a C-class wagon but got an upgrade to a JEEP Grand Cherokee Diesel with only 5000 kilometers on it. My husband had an amazing time driving it in Switzerland. However, we're not sure how long the pre-authorization takes to be refunded. It took a bit of time to pick up and return the car since there was no counter, but everything else was great.

It took us a while to find the meeting point after exiting customs because the signs were not clear. However, the elderly German couple we eventually found were very nice, and the staff handling the car pick-up were also very enthusiastic. The only dissatisfaction was during the car return. We arrived at the rental company and parked the car outside. I went into the garage where I picked up the car, looking for someone to ask about a car wash before returning it. There was no one in the garage, so I walked through the corridor into the office area and encountered a very rude German employee in his 30s with glasses. He assumed I drove into the garage and harshly told me to exit the same way and come in from the front. He didn't listen to me when I tried to explain, which made me very angry. Finally, I got a chance to explain that I was just asking about a car wash and did not drive into the garage, which slightly improved his attitude. Later, during the return process, his attitude remained arrogant and cold, which was very frustrating. While I was satisfied with the other staff and the car condition, his behavior made me hesitant to rent from this company again. Additionally, on the morning of the return, we realized we didn't have the exact return address. We called the QEEQ customer service from Germany to ask for the address to be sent to our email. I didn't want to call Caro’s hotline because of a previous unpleasant experience with a cold female operator due to a car navigation issue when we first arrived in Germany. The response from QEEQ customer service was infuriating, as they told us to refer to the contract address. If that address worked, why would we need to make an international call? The pick-up and return addresses are entirely different. In the end, I reluctantly called the Caro hotline, and thankfully a male operator provided the detailed address, allowing us to return the car smoothly. Overall, I can say I was basically satisfied, but I might not rent from them again.
They upgraded the booked Mercedes C-Class station wagon to a diesel Touareg 3.0L with real-time GPS free of charge. It was a new car with only 1200 kilometers on it. Solved our luggage issue. The service was attentive, and they introduced us to famous German attractions.
Very good, except the Shuttle bus pick-up point was a bit hard to find. CARO's cars are very new and in great condition, the price is fair, and the staff are very friendly. Any small issues were handled in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
I had reserved a VW Golf wagon or an equivalent model, but when I arrived at the store, which was already closed, the only option available was a Kia Sportage. Initially, I was disappointed, but after driving it for a while, it changed my perception of Korean cars. Being a compact SUV, it had significantly more space than the Golf and offered a better view. The car was almost brand new. It had four-wheel drive and 184 horsepower, which provided ample power. The overall rigidity was good, and the suspension was balanced. It came with various features, including a navigation system, front and rear sensors, and a rearview camera, which were very helpful in the narrow underground parking garage. They even provided a child booster seat free of charge. The only downside was that I couldn't find the pickup vehicle at the designated meeting point after getting off the plane. Both the store, which was closed, and the pickup person weren't answering their phones. After waiting for a while, we reluctantly boarded the hotel shuttle bus, and finally, at the last moment, we saw a car with the CARO logo arriving. However, we were delayed much longer than expected due to the long distance between terminals and the long queues at customs.
