Overall satisfied, but the car pickup process was a bit vague—the staff just marked an area on the paper and wasn't very clear. Later, I figured out that I could pick any car from that area. Additionally, leaving the garage at night was particularly slow.
The service was great, the contract was quickly sent to my email, and the hostess was very nice. There were no other sales pitches throughout the process.
It was okay, but the store clerk's attitude was average. They almost made me buy extra insurance. Good thing I carefully read the contract, otherwise, I would have been scammed due to my poor English.
