I was in a hurry and didn't fully refuel the car, so they charged me 1268 Baht. If you refuel it completely, it would cost at most around 100 RMB. Make sure to leave enough time to refuel the car.

Absolutely Perfect

When picking up the car, they gave me a different model and said the one I selected was unavailable. I said I wouldn't accept it, then they ignored me and made me wait. Later, they said they had it but it would take half an hour.

Like: The stuff was really friendly and tried their best to help us and accommodate us.

Like: My first time renting a car on easyrentcars.com. I got a $30 discount after referring a friend which I used straight away. It was a good deal - cheapest out of all other car hiring websites with the discount. The service was as good as what you would normally get from any other hiring websites. Overall fantastic experience.
Dislike: We waited way too long for the car to arrive on pick up even though we had booked the pick up time as well as entered our arrival flight number. We had waited for over half hour.

Like: Fast friendly service, great rates and easy pickup and return. No need to wait for shuttle.
Dislike: A bit tough to call them 10min ahead for drop off, especially if I am the only person in the car, and the roads to airport requires full attention. But I really love the easy drop off point.

Satisfied

Like: The process was fast. Staff spotted a few scratches left by previous drivers which is well appreciated to avoid misunderstanding.
Dislike: Vehicle millage around 70k. However it is still in reasonable good condition.

Like: Everything was perfect.
Dislike: I expected a newer model

Like: Condition of car was good. Service staff efficient. Helpful to extend of loading luggage into boot. Can’t ask for more.
Dislike: Speed up picking up time.

Like: Easy, smart and quick service, good price, good unit.
Dislike: Little bit misunderstand about drop-off location. I going to depearture terminal, not found they counter desk. they are counter only in arrival terminal, u need to call them before you drop off and the staff will coming to your position for checking and pick up the unit. Overall everything verry good. Will book again when i come to Thailand on next trip. Thank you.

Like: Booked for a Toyota fortuner but gotten a much larger mitsubishi pajero instead. Car was almost brand new with only 99km of mileage driven only. Thumbs up!
Dislike: Pick up process can be faster.

Good service

There was one person on duty at night. I picked up the car after resting at the hotel, and there were three staff members during the day.

I rented the car through the third-party intermediary Zuzuche, and the rental company doesn't handle issues directly…

Terrible experience

Like: The car was 100% reliable with excellent service by the staff at the airport
Dislike: None

The service attitude is very poor. They act like they don't care and the car delivery was late. Overall, the service was terrible, especially the Chinese-speaking receptionist who seemed to have a bad attitude.

Picking up the car at the airport was very convenient and easy to find. The service was satisfactory.
