Picking up the car was very convenient. The car was ready with the air conditioning on. I should have checked more carefully; a mark was found when returning the car, and I was fined 200 THB.

After collecting my luggage and exiting through the arrival gate, the Thai Rent A Car desk was on the right, still inside the airport. I provided the staff with my QEEQ order number and the required documents, and then someone escorted me to pick up the car. They carefully inspected the existing scratches on the car, which was a brand-new 2011 Pajero Sport SUV. Overall, the experience was great.

Convenient and fast, even though the flight was delayed by three hours, I could still pick up the car after 2 AM.

The car was new and in great condition, and the staff were nice. However, no one was at the airport for the scheduled return time (the store was closed), which almost caused me to miss my flight.

Excellent service. They have a counter inside the airport and you can pick up your car directly at the airport parking lot, which is very convenient. The best part is that since it's a local company, you can pick up the car even at midnight or early morning, which other international brands can't offer.

There is a counter in the airport hall which is very convenient, and the procedures are quick. When returning the car, you can't enter through the exit door; the security personnel will guide you to a small pathway for the return process. During the vehicle inspection, all visible minor damages are noted, and during the return, the staff just does a quick check. I offered a tip when picking up the car, but the staff politely refused. Due to the narrow lanes in the parking lot and my lack of experience with right-hand driving, I requested the staff to move the car to a wider road, and they were very helpful. I initially booked a TOYOTA VIOS but later found out it had been upgraded to a Toyota Altis, which was fairly new though previously a bit damaged. We chose Toyota because it was pricier, but we had a lot of luggage. If the luggage amount is known, a smaller car like a Nissan could work. I was very satisfied with Thai Rent A Car, even booking another car with them in Chiang Mai during our Phuket trip. I will choose this company again on future trips to Thailand.

The staff's attitude was quite good, the pickup process was very smooth, and the car was pretty new. However, there was no gas station on the way back to the airport from Padang, and the rental booth staff didn't mention this. As a result, we spent nearly an hour searching for a gas station at 21:30 but couldn't find one. With a flight at midnight, we had to return to the airport by 22:30 and pay for an expensive tank of gas. It started perfectly but ended very disappointingly...

I gave a full five-star rating, couldn't find anything unsatisfactory at all, it was perfect! The location is the third spot to the right after exiting the first gate at Phuket Airport. The signage is very clear, easy to spot. I took my pre-printed confirmation, and the staff welcomed me warmly. The process was quick and simple. I had my English notarized driver's license ready, the staff just glanced at the original license and it was fine. Next, the staff escorted me to the parking lot, and the car I booked online was already prepared. The car was very new and clean, with only over 10,000 kilometers on it, basically a new car. When returning the car, just drive to the designated parking lot and look for people in Thai Rent A Car uniforms to inspect and collect the car. The procedure was very simple and done in three minutes, and the service was very friendly! I will definitely rent from Thai Rent A Car again when I go to Phuket!

The service was excellent. There was a female staff member when I arrived, who efficiently completed the procedures for me. The vehicle was in great condition. I initially thought it would be a very small compact car, but it turned out to be a sedan similar to the Nissan Sunny in my country. A pleasant surprise! The car had only driven 12,000 kilometers, so it was relatively new.

Great value for money, got a free upgrade to a car with only 5000 kilometers on it.
