The staff where extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I was easily able to put my friends wheelchair in the boot . Great service from booking to dropping off.

Easy pickup and return except that finding drop location was a pain at DMK. Google takeing you to a different place. People on phone have problems understanding English

English communication was a challenge but manageable. My pick up location was changed at last minute although an hour before I called and they confirmed to pick from domestic counter when I reached it was closed andnthey asked me to reach international counter for paper work and finally my car was at domestic airport. I had to move twice with my luggage and family in night

The "check-in" process was fast, and returning the car was hassle free for me as well. Car was as expected, clean and works well. I drop my item in the car as well and Thai Rent A Car got back to me within a day. Highly recommended.

Used to rent directly with them from bkk and chiangrai. Counter service for pick up were previously excellent but not this time. I was told Citibank card takes 5months to refund, wow 1st time I heard this. My 3 main issues are: A) Tires looked worn out. Grip wasn't good round the corners. B) Wheel alignment or balancing was a bit off. Steering tend to go right slightly. B) My passenger who is k. Thai called to inform we are reaching in 5min. We waited more than 20mins for a cocky chap who came to inspect the car. I have a problem when he spoke loudly and rudely. All in I'm in Thailand frequently for biz and visiting Luang Por. Sad to say most times when a k. Thai opens his or her mouth, you know what type of person they are.

Horrible experience returning the car - I almost missed my flight / the staff was not there / the telephone number did not work / i waited for more then 1 hour / In the end asked for help from another rental company kiosk to kindly take the key and just before i was departing the staff showed up with no explanation

It was a very smooth experience and the counter staff were good. The car was almost brand new with just 1000 km on the odo.

While I return the car, the fuel was a little less than full. They charged me 650 baht whereas it should be not more than 100 baht.
