Overall it's good but it would be great to have the pickup location stated clearly in an obvious place like the printout booking voucher instead of having to search back the detail in the email.

A bit confuse at the beginning when we arrive in the airport coz there's just "Thai Rent A Car" counter instead of "Easy Rent Cars" as suggested in email. The service is good, got free car upgrade which elevated the whole experience. Will come back again.

Hope they can improve into the car pick up when returning, as I need to wait for more than 10 mins for them to come even I called early to informed on my arrival time at the pick up point

Every think went well. Only thig that they ask me to show a printed voucher at pick which was not available. After that they requested me to email the voucher. After I did, they told me this voucher is not enough and they need the one with booking number. I told them I have no other document other than the soft copy of the confirmation. It the end I got the var and luckily I was the only customer at thrier conter during this time.

If possible advise petro gas station location with map near to drop off point will be appreciated.

Got a relatively new car with just a mileage of 2700km that is clean and in good condition. Receiving staff was kind to offer and dropped us at the international departure hall after the car was inspected and returned at the domestic terminal; it was drizzling.

Yes! Easy car Rental should make sure that the cars from your contractors are CLEAN before rent out to the next customer, for instance this time round the car seat is was dirty n I’m not very happy with it.
