efficient and on time

The woman who tended to my requests was very helpful and kind. She offered us local advice and went beyond to help us.

Nobody guided us to the car, and we were directed to the wrong place. We searched for a long time in the snow without finding the car.

Almost no waiting time for processing, returning the car was very convenient. However, it took a while to find the return location due to inaccurate navigation!

The style of foreigners is like that, unhurried and calm. I picked up the car early in the morning, not many people, but there was still some waiting, haha.

As per the order, we called the office upon arriving at the airport and had to wait for 2 hours because they were picking up another customer as well.

The staff who attended to us was gentle and did not push any extra sales. They accommodated our less-than-fluent English and explained all the details clearly. They even drove the car out of the lot and parked it in a convenient spot for our inspection and departure.

Disappointed I didn't get car I booked and charged £70 more than quoted

We had to pay an extra 40 euros to the agency to get the car after 18H. At no time when booking on the internet, there was talk of a surcharge to pay for this option. Please notify your customer for this service.

Couldn't reach emergency roadside assistance

This was our first time renting a car abroad. We picked up and returned the car on July 13th, assisted by a friendly young man whose name we didn't catch. His service was friendly and efficient, and the procedures were simple, which eased some of our concerns. Especially when returning the car, we just refueled it, did a basic clean-up, and handed the keys to the young man to complete the process. The procedures were quite easy, and we were very satisfied.

Did not get the car and there was no communication, very irresponsible

No instructions were given when returning the car, and when asked whether an inspection was needed, the staff just shook their head.

The service attitude was acceptable, but no one was available to handle unexpected issues during the weekend. Hopefully, someone will be on duty in the future.
