Very satisfying car rental experience, will come back again in the future.

It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.

Very satisfied. The return process with Leo was excellent; he was friendly, generous, and thorough. No waiting in line, got the car immediately.

Scheduled pickup time was around 8:30, but staff only arrived at 9:30 due to some reason. Understandable, but punctuality would be better.

Couldn't find the place to return the car at all. It's run by a group of rich kids who provide absolutely no service. They were lounging around while we returned the car.

Excellent service

I chose this unheard-of rental company because 'Alipay Sesame Credit' allowed for a deposit-free option, which was convenient. However, it turned out that the service capabilities of this small company were limited. We waited for their shuttle, but they kept telling us to wait for the Hilton shuttle. Their office was hidden in a building, and I felt doubtful about their reliability when I went in. When returning the car, there was no fixed return point or staff. They guided us over the phone to find someone at the parking lot below their office building to handle the return. There were no clear signs or directions. Be cautious, everyone. I heard that positive reviews could earn you ¥50, but I prefer to objectively describe my experience rather than take the ¥50 as a responsible user of this platform.

Convenient car rental, Chinese service. It took quite a while to return the car, and the service phone directed me to contact the pickup staff myself.

Insufficient child seats

No queues, no store, both times we went directly to the parking lot. Communication in Mandarin was convenient, but the professionalism needs improvement.

Even though it was supposed to be 24 hours service, the staff was still sleeping when I arrived.

The car was delivered by a staff member who drove over. Actually, once you call them after landing, they will bring the car to you. I mistakenly went to the front desk to pick up the car and missed the spot, which caused a minor confusion, but their attitude was excellent. The whole process was very pleasant. I accidentally drove on a toll road and feared being fined, but after calling them, they assured me that the toll fee was covered. It made me feel much more at ease. Returning the car was convenient as well. The 9009 handsome customer service even kindly drove me back to my apartment. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose you again next time and have already recommended you to my friends. The attitude is really great.
