The car had relatively high mileage, the one I rented had already reached 100,000 kilometers, but it was well-maintained with new tires. The key is it had great value for the price, especially the convenience of returning it at a different location. Both pickup and return were quite easy!

The staff was very friendly and professional.

This is the second time I've rented a car from ACE. The staff is consistently enthusiastic. The small office is well-prepared with maps, travel guides, and SIM cards.

Why was money deducted inexplicably during the rental period?

Like: I used Hyundai, very nice condition car. Staffs are friendly. Easy to pick up and drop off. Reasonable price. Quite close to my house. Everything was perfect. Thank you

Like: I booked 3 cars for 12 people on Anzac day morning, at first. It was quite busy day. When I got ACE company, staff suggested 1 van and 1 car with reasonable price. Much better for me. Thank you so much.

Like: The staff who handled our pick up and drop off is very friendly and efficient! We got a bigger van than requested. Extremely grateful for that as we had extra 2 bags which may not fit in a smaller van. When we reached the branch, the vehicle was ready for us. Very efficient service!

Excellent car, only very slight quibble on a remote with flat battery. High mileage but drove very well.

The car condition and service are both good. The only thing I’m not sure about is the charging process, so for now, I'll give it 5 stars. My biggest fear is encountering the same issue I had when renting a car in X state. They charged my credit card randomly, taking 1200 yuan for supposedly handling violations. I went personally to address the issue and they went silent, eventually charging me 500 yuan to settle it. I hope it won't be that shady abroad.

Never used before but would definitely use again

The staff at pickup weren't very helpful and kept us waiting a long time for a car that looked like it had been through the wars. The passenger seat was extremely uncomfortable and the car was not new. It also smelt like the previous occupant smoked. The drop off location was not easy to find. Would not use this company again.

Charged us for picking up the car an hour earlier as we got moved to an earlier flight. Other than that a positive experience.
