Like: Good cars, free. Dislike: My car was not washed and clean up inside (rubbish inside- crips everwhere, grapes, empty bottle and dirty outside). They said they were busy and had no time to clean the car...but they gave me an upgraded car.
Like: Price was so good I wondered what the catch was. There wasn’t one! Dislike: Wait at airport was a big long and would have been unpleasant if wet. But can’t grumble as other car hires were off site too.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Easirent, who conned me into signing for insurance that was not explained to me. I had already purchased insurance from Easyrent and instead of asking for a deposit they took more money out of my account for further insurance without explaining the terms to me. After realising the next day that money had left my account, I called them and they just blamed Easyrent and said that they should never have sold me insurance?!
ERSIRENT at London Heathrow Airport (KV) took advantage of the language barrier. Despite repeatedly showing the printed statement from the rental service about not needing additional insurance, and stating in English 'I have all cover, no need other cover!', the staff didn't mention the £1250 deposit option. When I repeatedly confirmed if the three charges were all deposits, I got a confirmed response that 'ALL will come back to me.' However, when I returned the car, the staff said this was a charge and wouldn’t be refunded. They maliciously upsold the insurance. Essentially, I rented a car and ended up with two full insurance policies, costing me significantly more than usual. This has caused me substantial financial and mental distress. Customer service is handling it, and I hope for a good outcome.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. I kept getting harassed by the receptionists of Indian and Pakistani origin, while the car rental service kept shirking responsibilities. 1. They aggressively pushed for insurance, and when I declined, they started finding excuses. 2. They demanded my return flight ticket. When I showed them my itinerary from the airline, they claimed they couldn't read Chinese and refused service without a return ticket. When I called the rental service, they said they couldn’t resolve it. I had to barge into their manager's office, and only then their attitude changed and they processed my rental. 3. They claimed my Visa chip card wouldn’t work, and said if I used a magnetic stripe card, I’d need to buy full insurance, stating that the insurance from the rental service wasn't valid. When I called the service again, they still couldn't resolve it and instead suggested I contact the bank and mentioned we should have opted for a bigger rental company, implying they don't guarantee smaller ones. I had to barge into their manager's office again to get the issue resolved. Meanwhile, others in my group at a different counter had no issues. What problems can the rental service actually solve?
The paperwork took over an hour. Terrible service. I booked an SUV but they gave us a station wagon. If I had known, I would have booked a station wagon from the start since it's cheaper. They charged £120 for a second driver and said it could be refunded if canceled, but it turned out to be a scam.

When I wanted to cancel, they told me it was fine and that I would get a refund, but I never received it.
I would like to find out the complaints procedure. While the car we got was fine, we were lied to in terms of what cars were available, this kept changing, we were made to buy extra insurance on the basis of a different car being the only available one (turned out not to be true when we actually picked up the car). We booked an automatic specifically, and were told would would need to wait 6.5 hours if we wanted that.
This review form didn't work the first three times I tried to submit it. Had to come back to the page multiple times.
Extremely dissatisfied, severe mistreatment of customers. They claimed our car was too dirty to tolerate. If they say it's intolerable, does that make it so? We still had time before return, and we were willing to take the car for a wash, but they said once the car entered their store, it wouldn't be allowed out. We still had over an hour before the return time, but they wouldn't let us leave. The cleanliness standard was entirely up to them. I didn't think it was dirty, just had some sand and mud inside from our trip to the Scottish Highlands. Isn't that normal? They delayed our time to catch the flight, insisting we pay a £100 cleaning fee. I just want to ask, does cleaning need to cost £100? I will never choose this company again, very dissatisfied. Goodbye!
Arrived at the store at 9:30 PM. The first floor was empty, and I only found an A4 paper directing me to the second floor after looking around. The process took about 15 minutes; the guy was wearing headphones, so he was slow. The store is entirely staffed by Indians, who are not very efficient.
Returned the car at 5 PM. The whole process took 50 minutes because all the staff were busy. Unlike big companies like Hertz, they took a long time to check the car.
Very dissatisfied. The provided car did not match the booked model. I booked a Sharan, but got a Citroen Picasso C4 instead. They claimed it was the same class, but their attitude was irresponsible. It took five hours of negotiation at pickup, delaying our trip.
They almost didn't rent us the car and said they couldn't do anything! The reason was that the staff couldn't process our Chinese credit card and refused to take cash. Fortunately, the rental platform customer service was helpful and contacted another company for us! Just as we were about to leave angrily, an employee figured out how to use the Chinese card and finally rented us the car, but there was no apology or compensation! It seems to be a small company with very few Chinese customers.
