Our depot is conveniently located in 10 minutes from the Sydney Airport. We provide complimentary shuttle service from your terminal to our facility which operates every 10-30 minutes. 1. Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney International Airport Proceed outside the terminal turn right towards the shuttle pick up opposite the Rydges hotel and our shuttle will collect you here. Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney Domestic Terminal (Jetsar, Virgin, Rex etc) Proceed outside the terminal and turn left same side of the road as the terminal follow it down the street to the bend in the road that moves to the right adjacent to the large set of stairs leading up to a bridge. Wait next to them in the sign for T2 shuttles, bays 4-11 and our shuttle will collect you here. Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney Domestic Terminal (Qantas only) Proceed outside the terminal turn right same side of the road as the terminal and follow the road into the left-hand bend and you walk directly into the shuttle pick up area our shuttle will collect you here.

Sydney Airport comprises multiple terminals with domestic and International operating in different sectors, not within walking distance. Please make sure you are aware of your arrival and departure location to collect and return the rental vehicle. INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS Terminal 1 Customers arriving off international flights to Terminal 1 can make their way to our office in the arrivals hall after exiting the customs gates. Our staff will complete your paperwork and give you directions to your vehicle, which is located a short walk from the terminal building. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS Terminal 2 All customers at the Domestic Terminal will be serviced at Terminal 2. If you arrived via Terminal 2 please proceed towards the carousel arrivals area in Jetstar in Terminal 2 to find our counter on the ground floor. Terminal 3 If you arrived via Terminal 3, please exit the terminal and turn right, and walk for approximately 5 minutes following the signs to Terminal 2, where the counter is located inside. Once the paperwork is completed, our staff will direct you to our courtesy shuttle which will take you to your rental vehicle at our parking lot. The shuttle service to our parking lot is approximately a 7-10 minute drive.
