As the car we booked wasn’t back in they upgraded us to a 7 seater SUV

Easy to book and great price

I got upgraded to brand new Wrangler Jeep that only 16 miles odometer. The problem was this car had 3600 cc engine and fuel wasteful. The stability and comfortable also less compare with Nissan Rogue. We got car with almost empty tank might be because of car just sent out from dealer. The price is good and Routes didn't push me to buy additional insurence and else.

Easyrent is good in price and user friendly booking experience.

Waited one and a half hours for the mini van to come, but the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Excellent booking service. We booked a total of four cars on EasyRentCars App on our trip from HongKong to Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, HK. Very smooth service and good pricing.

The car shake a bit when I slowed it down on highways going around 100-120 km/h. I believe it needed a service but overall experience was good.

I don't think price drop protection kicked in for my booking but it surely gave me a peace of mind which I appreciate.

Easy rental process with low rates

Dissatisfied. The app didn't inform me that the second driver had to be at least 25 years old. My child is 22 with 4 years of driving experience, but they were not allowed to be an additional driver. As a result, I had to return the car 4 days early and it caused a lot of inconvenience!

Terrible service. Spent over 1.5 hours to pick up the car. Car was reserved for 9am and paid for, I went there at noon and still the car was not available. I had to drive with them to the pick up lot 15 minutes away to collect the car. On reaching there, the first car had a flat tire and they gave us another car. They also charged for extra KM when the booking page said 3500KM included. It was a terrible experience.

There was one issue. Instead of "special SUV" Jeep Wrangler, I was given Nissan Rogue, which is mid SUV category. The staff at the counter insisted that Nissan Rogue and Jeep Wrangler are in the same category which is not true because even on their site Wrangler costs more than Rogue. Anyways, they didn't have Wrangler available and I took Rogue. The car was great, but still I would prefer to get what I booked - Jeep Wrangler.

The car doesn't have adroid auto nor apple auto which is unexpected and inconvenient

The first time I went, the company's restroom was out of order, and it was very embarrassing. I have never been charged extra for mileage before, but this time, the additional fee was double the rental cost. Originally it was around 3000, but it became more than 5000. This is outrageous. Even though I refueled the car myself, I don't understand why they charged me double for mileage. Other rental companies don't have this fee.

The transfer from airport was good, but the pick-up process in the office was very poor. It took too long and communication was not good. We were totally confused by the directions given which we thought included the toll road into Toronto. When we happened to see a notice about the penalties for using the toll road, we were then told that that the instructions were NOT to use the toll road. We then decided to add a GPS which meant a further delay and a change of vehicle.

My flight was canceled, but I couldn't delay the pickup time. The dates and cost remained the same, and I couldn't make any changes. They only asked me to cancel and reorder for an additional 4500 TWD, which is very unreasonable.
