The car was quite new. Four people with three 24-inch and one 28-inch and one 20-inch suitcases, and the trunk was still spacious. The Ford Escape was pretty good.
Since I provided the flight number, a very nice staff member picked us up as soon as we exited the airport. The service was excellent throughout, and we were given a new car in great condition. After returning the car, they even sent us back to our hotel. A wonderful experience!
I booked a Subaru Forester but was given a brand new low-trim Ford Edge. Although they are somewhat similar in class, I strongly suspect they don't actually have Subaru vehicles. The car pickup process was smooth and the staff were nice. When returning the car on Christmas Day, the office was already closed. They allowed me to return the car for free at 4 AM the next day, but the staff working on the second day of the Lunar New Year at 4 AM was understandably not in a good mood, giving a 0 for attitude.
The airport shuttle service was very convenient, but we were given a Fiat instead of the Volkswagen we reserved. The performance difference is significant. We hope that in the future, the car we reserve will be the car we get.
Didn't provide the specified car, gave us another one. The key point is that the specified car was available but they didn't give it!!! The process was particularly slow, taking more than an hour!!!
Like: The process was efficient, picked up Right at the airport, get a number when you get there and the pick up your care...pretty easy. They'll try to sell you extra insurance which depending on where you're going, may be necessary. We didn't get it and we were fine. Dislike: Hard to locate The Green Motion shuttle when you arrive at the airport. There's not sign anywhere. The van just picks up in the parking lot right outside the doors. You don't need to go where the rest of the shuttles are. Also, when dropping off the car the Green Motion place is hard to find, not well signed.
The pickup process was very quick; the most time-consuming part was reading the terms and conditions. They asked if I needed insurance but didn't push for it. I rented a Yeti and was given a larger diesel Tucson. No deposit was required; they just copied my credit card information. UnionPay is not accepted; you need a Visa or MasterCard. I returned the car outside business hours via self-service, and no additional fees were deducted later.
I picked up the car around 6 PM on September 30th and returned it at 3 PM on October 7th. The bill charged me for an extra day, claiming I returned the car late. They said the return time was 6:17 PM, but my flight had already taken off by then. I have requested after-sales support from the car rental company, but there is no result yet.
Extremely patient car rental company.
They provide a dedicated person to assist with car pick-up and return inspections.
However, there was a minor oversight. I picked up the car in the afternoon, but the rental agreement stated PM instead of AM!
This caused some trouble when returning the car as I was late. After some negotiation and comparing the order time with another car, the issue was finally resolved smoothly...
Advice for everyone: Allow plenty of time. We spent over an hour picking up the car! Check critical information on the documents (time, price, etc.) carefully before signing!
