Compared to my previous car rental experience, this time the process was very quick.

The company’s service was fine overall. The only issue was during the return process; our fuel tank was slightly below full. I asked the staff three times if it was okay, and they said it was no problem. However, they still charged us a significantly high fuel fee on our pre-authorized credit card, which was frustrating.

The service attitude was excellent, the counter inside the airport was very convenient, and the car we got was pretty new. We were quite satisfied.

There was no one at the airport counter; I had to go to the building opposite to pick up the car. The staff confirming the order was not very familiar with the business, so it took a bit long, but everything else was good.

The cigarette lighter in the originally booked Corolla was broken, making it impossible to charge the navigation device, which was unacceptable. They told me there was a tight supply of cars, and the only one available soon was a Yaris. Although the car was smaller, I couldn't get a refund for the price difference because it was booked through an agent. The price difference wasn't significant, so I accepted it. The car condition was okay, and as long as it's a large rental company, it's usually not a problem.

The store is located within the airport arrival area, fairly easy to find.

The service at Thrifty's car rental location was good! However, they recorded my return time as 3 days later, leading to extra charges on my credit card, which is unacceptable! Fortunately, with the help of Zuzuche, I was able to get the refund. Thank you, Zuzuche!

Just hand over the printed pickup form to the staff, it's very convenient. The car rental company's parking lot is clearly marked and easy to find. For returning the car, just drive it to the designated parking lot and you can leave. I booked an economy car but got a Ford Focus instead. It's bigger but not fuel-efficient.

Excellent service. Besides having staff at the reception, there were also staff in the parking lot. Our car was parked in a difficult spot, and a lady from the staff helped us drive it out. Other than that, both the pickup and return process were very convenient. Highly recommended!
