It's okay.

Upon returning from renting a car in the UAE, we were charged 1400 yuan for allegedly exceeding the speed limit by 30 km/h. However, we checked with the traffic authorities, and the speed limit for that road is 100 km/h. The car we rented is set to a maximum speed of 120 km/h and alerts if that speed is exceeded, so it is impossible for us to have driven at 130 km/h. We are currently requesting the original ticket through Zuzuche to Herts rental. We have not received it yet and hope Herts and the Zuzuche platform assume their responsibility and provide us with an explanation as soon as possible!

Overcharging

When picking up the car, the staff on site said there was a 50 dirham airport parking fee. I had not noticed any prior warnings about this. I checked the order on the spot with the staff and we couldn't find any mention of this fee, so he told me, "OK, you don't have to pay it." The rental contract also did not reflect this fee; it only included coverage for car damage, toll fees, and fines. There was no agreement to arbitrarily deduct other fees without consent. Later, I submitted a complaint about this fee to after-sales service. The response was that the app’s screenshot indicated possible charges by the car company, including parking fees, in small gray text. Firstly, the official PDF order from the rental platform did not include this fee. Secondly, since this charge was not collected by the rental platform, it should be governed by my contract with the car rental company. Fortunately, nothing else happened during the rental period. Otherwise, who knows if they would have added cooling fees, labor fees, or health fees. Nobody can tolerate that.

When picking up the car, they mentioned there was an airport parking fee and some sort of in-car monitoring fee, which doubled the rental cost. The reservation couldn't be canceled, and I felt scammed.

The attitude was good. However, they initially did not accept the official notarized document and said they only recognized the translated document (the small white booklet). I had to explain for a long time. I hope the platform can communicate better with the car rental company.

Good app, but having issues with my points not being added onto the system

I strongly advise against choosing this car rental company. Initially, we chose it because no driver's license translation was needed, and we could return the car near Dubai Mall. On the first day, we couldn't reach the rental company by phone at the airport, even after trying three different phone numbers. There was no counter at the airport either, and the main rental company couldn't get in touch with them, so we were left waiting at the airport. Eventually, we took a taxi to a city branch to pick up the car, wasting over two hours. The car provided was not the model we reserved; it was a compact SUV. We accepted it because it was new. Returning the car was also a hassle. We stayed near Burj Khalifa, and in the morning, the customer service on WhatsApp asked us to return the car to the airport. After an hour at their office, they still seemed clueless, which says a lot about their service quality. Lastly, I am unsure if there will be issues with the deposit return.

car booked on qeeq was Hyundai Tucson but car was provided Hyundai Creta, called DRIUS rep to explain to him the difference in size and prices which was showing on qeeq site. unfortunately DRIVUS rep kept saying no they are both same type, size and price. i disagreed with him but i had to accept the car cause i had no choices. then i raised a complain to QEEQ with the incident. still waiting for case to be resolved.
