The overall condition of the car was terrible. The bearings shook every time we went over a speed bump. There was a noticeable odor when we got in the car, and the trunk was filled with other people's personal belongings like shoes, construction hats, and clothes.

Since I picked up the car at night, I didn't notice some minor damage. When I returned the car, they were eager to inspect even the underside and insisted that I sign for a scratch that was clearly not new. Very unpleasant experience.

I waited a long time to get the car

Even though the staff at the counter at the terminal and the staff at car delivery were friendly, I was disappointed with two aspects. First, I booked a hybrid car, and the staff member mentioned that since I came about one and a half hour early they will not have the car. So I got a normal gasoline car instead. Secondly, the vehicle took more than half an hour to arrive at the delivery station after I reached there, which is totally unacceptable. By the time I received the vehicle, it was only 30 minutes before my original booking time, so there was no reason not to have the exact car I booked. I think they did not have the type of vehicle anyways. I was disappointed with the service. it was not what I expected from a reputable agency like Hertz.

The layout of the airport meant that it was a long walk with limited signage to the car rental location. Once there, the process of getting the rental was simple enough. I was a little annoyed with the gentleman who showed me to the car as he demanded me to tip him despite only just arriving in the country. I only had a few dirhams but was made to feel that I had to give it to him.

Website sometimes contridicts itself in certain things. A little confusing to make the booking at first but next time will be easier hopefully.

Excellent car and cleanliness. They scour the car for any mark whatsoever! They look with a fine tooth comb. In fairness they do this at checkout and check in. Make sure you video car yourself at start
