They charge me after I dropped off the car and they didn't send the charge details

Extremely incompetent staff. Took more than an hour to pick up the car. Similar when giving the car back. Car was given dirty inside and outside. The car was with low fuel warning light on. Overall horrible experience

The car provided was not the model I requested, and it was not a 9-seater. Be cautious if you booked a 9-seater.

There was no one at the pickup and return counters, and the provided phone number was unreachable! When picking up the car, it only had three-quarters of a tank of fuel. I asked if I would be reimbursed if I returned the car with a full tank, and they said yes. However, when I returned the car, I did not get reimbursed!

They don't accept UnionPay cards and refuse to refund the deposit. It's a scam; I will never rent from them again.

Couldn't find it in Dubai Mall at all, asked many people and no one knew.

Friendly and efficient service

I found the booking in process really very slow with up to 30mins. watching the agent typing on his computer.

The pickup process was very slow. Despite booking well in advance, my family and I had to wait for almost an hour early in the morning.

The rental store at Dubai T1 is right at the exit, easy to spot. We were traveling with six people and had reserved a 7-seater XC90. At the airport store, the staff informed me that the car wasn't available and that they could upgrade me to a BMW 7 Series. However, the 7 Series couldn't accommodate all of us. Eventually, they offered a Mazda CX-9, which is also a 7-seater. I thought that was fine, but when I asked about the price, the staff said it must be calculated based on the original order price. I pointed to their price list and said that it wasn't fair to charge the higher XC90 price for a Mazda CX-9. The staff referred to the contract terms, stating they couldn't guarantee the reserved model but must provide a vehicle with the same number of seats. The Mazda CX-9 is not the same class as the XC90, and I insisted that they charge based on the Mazda CX-9 rate. After a prolonged discussion, I was about to switch to another company when they suddenly agreed to give me the XC90, claiming it was initially reserved for another customer who hadn't arrived yet. Given the new XC90 had only 2000 kilometers on it, I suspect they were reluctant to rent it out. Additionally, the airport store said there would be a 150 DHS charge for returning the car at a different location. However, when I later decided to drop off the car at the Dubai Mall location due to changes in my travel plans, I called the 800 number on the contract to make the change, and they didn't mention any additional fee. So far, the credit card charge reflects only toll fees, and no extra charges have been added, though there might be additional charges later. Overall, the airport store's attitude was not favorable; it seems they were trying to manipulate tourists.

The Budget Staff at the Abu Dhabi International Airport were amazing. They were friendly, polite and very professional. They answered all my questions and also gave me local driving tips so I can avoid getting traffic fines. The picking up experience was amazing and took less than 30 minutes (the car was ready for us on time) and the drop off experience was even faster and smoother. The front desk staff even helped us with our luggage (they didn't have to but they went out of their way to do so). Very happy with Budget and 100% recommend this location to everyone. Special thank you to the front desk staff of Budget, you guys are making the customer experience that much better. Thanks and keep up the good service.

Very bad company

It was difficult to find place,I have to go from terminal 3 to terminal 1to pick up the car ;nothing mentioned about place of office in booking voucher

Not very clear on terms when renting the car.

I didn’t got the car I had requested Unfortunately the car Nissan was an old car and have many scratches not good at all

① I rented a Honda Accord but got a small Kia SUV instead, which is not the same class. ② They added a damage insurance fee of around 3000 RMB without informing me. After I refused and discovered it, they required a 6000 RMB deposit, saying it would not be refunded for any damage. After communicating with Zuzuche, they told me I did not need to buy the insurance, and in case of any issues, they would reimburse me after I paid first. ③ When checking the car for scratches, they almost used a magnifying glass.
