The staff's service was very poor; it took them half an hour to install the baby seat... very bad. The service attitude at the pick-up location was particularly bad, extremely bad... I will not book Hertz in Dubai again.

The process wasn't very clear. After the car was delivered, there was no one around... I had to drive back for an inspection after receiving a call.

When picking up the car, they didn't inform me where to park when returning it to Dubai Mall, nor did they mention there would be additional fees if not returned at the airport. When returning the car at 9 PM during the shopping season, there were no parking spaces available, so I parked in the fashion area of Dubai Mall. The person at the front desk told me that I must park in Cinema B2. I told them the mall is too big and I don’t know my way around, could I have some more time to find a spot. A woman with a bad attitude said they would only give me an extra half-hour. I ended up taking a wrong turn in the parking lot—Dubai's roads are very complicated. Each wrong turn meant a significant detour to get back, and eventually, I accidentally exited the parking lot, had to queue to get back in, and only then found the designated spot, which took over an hour.

Since Budget has stores in multiple terminals, the pickup point initially marked by QEEQ had some contradictory information. However, after contacting customer service, it was improved.

The car rental process was not complicated, but when I contacted them in advance, it was specified that a POS machine was required for the pre-authorization. However, the staff who came to assist did not bring a POS machine due to personal reasons, so we had to use WeChat Pay for pre-authorization. It’s been a month and the pre-authorization has still not been refunded. Regarding the car inspection, at the final handover at the airport, I was told there were no issues with the car body. However, after returning to my home country, I received notice that there were two scratches that were overlooked and I need to pay an additional 800 dirhams. What is the point of buying the 5000 yuan damage waiver insurance if it cannot cover this?

The service was quite enthusiastic, but there were no cars available at the originally scheduled time, so I had to go back in the afternoon the same day.

The schedule is incorrect. Requested to reschedule or refund and rebook, but the rental company hasn't replied for over ten days! They have time to take orders but no one to handle after-sales!

The overall service from AVIS rental company is excellent. I have used them in Dubai and the USA. The service is friendly, detailed, and the vehicle quality is guaranteed. Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport is very convenient.
