I used this for the very 1st time there was an option to ammend but i was not able to ammend the time as i selected tje wrong time in my booking

The overall service at Hertz airport was great. The counter staff were patient and attentive, and there was no excessive upselling. Picking up and returning the car was smooth, though I had to wait in line for over ten minutes.

Everything was good, but the final deduction of the deposit (including speeding fines and airport parking fees) was not notified in advance, leaving me confused and anxious. Ultimately, it was through QEEQ that I received a written breakdown of the charges.

Car pick-up and drop-off are excellent, BUT releasing the blocked deposit is not at a bar with the other companies, they will keep blocking the deposit in your credit card for at leat 21 days, waiting for any traffic fines or toll charges. This is unusual and I didn't face such experience with international car hire companies. So if you don't mind seeing a blocked amount in your credit card for 21 days, I highly recommend them.

Great service, the staff were very nice.

The processing efficiency was low at night because there were very few staff available, and I had to wait a long time. Even though they replaced the car with an almost new JAC, it wasn't as good as Hyundai in terms of performance.

Accueil bien passé jusqu’au moment où ils ont essayé de me facturer des frais de prise en charge à l’aéroport de 65 dirhams ce que j’ai naturellement contesté car je n’ai pas entendu parler de ça lors de ma réservation et ils ont mis presque 20 minutes à le chercher pour me le montrer mais sans succès, ensuite ils se sont rendus compte qu’il n’y avait pas de disponible le peti suv que j’ai réservé mais sans rien me dire ils m’ont tout simplement indiqué voici la voiture que vous avez réservé en me montrant une berline et j’ai catégoriquement refusé et finalement j’ai eu une gamme supérieure. Je trouve qu’il y a eu une intention de tromperie.

The overall service was very satisfactory, and the QEEQ platform was particularly impressive! Big thumbs up. The platform helped resolve all issues I had. I recommend downloading and registering on WhatsApp so you can contact the car delivery driver of the rental company and avoid any mishaps.

Overall, quite good. The car is relatively new and easy to drive. I received a domestic JAC.

We couldn't rent the car this time partly due to our own reasons. However, because of the flight delay, we arrived too late to pick up the car. When we realized we forgot some documents, the cancellation period had already passed, resulting in us paying for nothing. During the negotiation, they promised to try their best to help us rent a car, but in the end, there was no solution. Due to the flight delay, we neither got the car nor received a refund. Their reason was simple and direct, their attitude very proper, but they didn't resolve the issue. We will never use or recommend this car rental company again.
