The store management was chaotic and it was extremely difficult to find the pick-up point. When returning the car, four people of Indian descent came out with magnifying glasses to inspect every inch of the car's paint. They found a small chip caused by a stone on the top right corner, which is two meters high, and demanded compensation. After renting cars over a dozen times, this was the first time encountering such a store. There is no way the damage could have been caused by me in that location.
Excellent service! There were no additional charges even though I was delayed by a few hours. Very cost-effective and the customer service was really good! No complaints, I will rent from you again next time I go to Dubai.
