Overall, I'm fairly satisfied. Initially, the car's condition was poor, and during the trip, I noticed a bulge in the tire. After negotiation, I was provided with a better-conditioned Chevrolet. Thanks to Zuzuche and their efficient customer service.
There was some upselling, witnessed a dispute between a Chinese customer and staff. Accident handling was efficient; we had an accident at the Grand Canyon and needed to switch cars, which was done smoothly at the Las Vegas airport branch without any extra charge.
Everything perfect with hertz except that I paid a full deposit and they gave me only half, after contacting customer service they have returned the amount. Very happy with the rental.
Hertz gave me higher rate than what I got the deal on EasyRentCars. Very DISAPPOINTED
