Surprising rental than the one made at Venice airport. I had rented a Peugeot 3008 that was not available at the airport, the "Budget" attendant handed us the keys to a brand new Audi A8 quattro ...... for the initial rental price. This is what I call “service” Thank you for your professionalism.

They made various excuses to force us into buying insurance and changing the car. Eventually, we got a similar car, and the cost increased from over 3000 to more than 10000. There are many scammers in Italy.

This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.
