easy to pick up and drop off.

This rental car (Dollar) is the best I've ever rented.
Dropped off car and a family member picked me up at drop off center with a rental car from a different company.
Dollar attendant refused to let us out of gate. Tried to claim it was one of their cars. Was rude and uncooperative. Took over half hour to get a manager to get gate opened for us.
Like: The car, a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was an excellent, well-designed and maintained piece of equipment. Great car. Rate did not match the reservation rate (it was higher, due to "taxes and fees", but was quickly corrected, once I showed the printout and e-mail, which did include taxes and fees. Dislike: That the rate was higher than was what was contracted for. Fortunately, I had printouts and e-mails to prove it.
