1. Many additional fees were added on the spot without any justification at the time, and no further explanation or receipt was provided later. Very shady. 2. Strongly recommend not renting from this company or HERZ.

If there's a next time, I would definitely not consider Thrifty again. If not for the help from the car rental service, they might have overcharged me.

We had to wait ages to pick up the car. I was only 3rd in the queue but waited over an hour - it seems the Thrifty staff spent ages trying to upsell each customer, hence the wait. By the time I was seen, the queue was around 20 people long and growing. By contrast, the drop off procedure was swift and efficient and the car itself was as ordered and expected

I received exactly the make and model that I wanted.

We've rented from THrifty before and have always had a good experience. No surprises, quick, thorough service.
