Rented from Alamo for the second time, good service. I brought my own GPS, so I didn't need their recommendation.

Very enthusiastic and thoughtful

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

When we arrived, they changed our car to a small SUV, saying there was an error on the website and the requested model was not available. Due to our tight schedule, we couldn't spend much time communicating. However, it seemed deceptive. Please update your website information as soon as possible.

Our flight arrived on time and we had a very small wait for the transport bus at LAX to take us to the rental area. We were processed quickly and given our choice of cars which is one of the main reasons we have chosen Alamo for our past few trips. Everything was explained well and we were on our way within a few minutes.

Booking was straight forward and easy. The price didn't change and to be honest I didn't bother comparing so don't know if that worked. Simple to use.
