The frozen credit card amount was released just 8 hours after returning the car, which is a practice worth learning for other rental companies.
I found out it was a Toyota after picking up the car. I wanted to switch to a German car since German high-end cars have no speed limit, while Japanese cars can't handle it. Unfortunately, there were no other cars available for exchange. When I checked the Corolla, there was a tire pressure warning. I drove from Düsseldorf city center to the airport area to check it, but couldn't resolve the tire pressure issue. Reluctantly, they gave me a Volkswagen, wasting two hours.
It was a prepaid order, but the store didn't accept magnetic stripe cards, resulting in a failure to pick up the car. The order couldn't be changed or refunded, and after-sales service was very slow!
