The car pickup process was very convenient and the procedures were simple.

Because we had four people and seven pieces of luggage, we reserved a Chrysler Grand Wagon Mini Van. However, upon arrival, we were informed that all the Mini Vans were rented out. Knowing we had a lot of luggage, they recommended a two-seater Van instead... After refusing, they gave us a seven-seater SUV, which barely fit all our luggage. The vehicle was not cleaned or inspected before being handed over. The staff's service was very perfunctory with little sense of service. Hertz is really overpriced and low quality. Since I had prepaid, the staff couldn't offer any discounts. Later, I rented from AVIS and the service was much better.

Car was very small compared to booking which said Ford Focus or similar.

Addition pay at counter had more tax than expected.

Dislike: Fairly good price on car. Friend got a better deal from someone else online.
