The Nice staff refused to acknowledge the 'Super Full Car Insurance' and 'Super Supplemental Insurance' purchased domestically, claiming he didn't understand Chinese.

Picking up the car in Bordeaux was fine, but dropping it off in Rennes was very troublesome! The location was very unclear, the parking lot was extremely narrow, the staff were far from the parking lot, and for non-locals, it was very difficult to find. Refueling was also inconvenient, and the AVIS staff had a cold attitude. The key issue is, a few days after returning the car, there was a charge of over 262 euros.
