The company is relatively small and operates in partnership with Hertz. The logo is too small and hard to find.

French staff could be more efficient. Almost had an issue because the staff advised us to use diesel, but after spending over an hour at a German gas station and calling the Dutch rental company, we found out we needed gasoline instead. Confusing!

I booked a Renault Capture, but they gave me a Yaris. I instinctively feel they are not the same class of cars, but the rental company insisted they are, because the Yaris is a hybrid and it was the only available automatic. I had no choice but to take it. The trunk couldn't fit two suitcases; one small suitcase had to go on the back seat. The car's performance was good and it accelerated quickly. Since we were driving in the countryside, parking was convenient. They took a 310 EUR deposit, not sure when it will be refunded.

French efficiency is indeed low, the most unreliable thing was that the car indicated low oil level in less than a day. We were two girls, confused and called their customer service, using up all our phone credit, and still no resolution. They even asked us to call the Belgian hotline, which was ridiculous. Ultimately, we found a solution through Baidu and a friend's guidance to check the oil dipstick. Fortunately, there was a garage nearby, where we found out there was almost no oil left, any further driving could have damaged the engine. We spent our own money to add oil and coolant, and after that, everything went smoothly. The car had only driven a little over 10,000 kilometers, quite new for a rental car, and yet this problem occurred. When we returned the car, we informed the staff and they said they would deduct the repair costs from the fee. The final bill showed a reduction, but it was charged in dollars with Dynamic Currency Conversion, causing some exchange rate loss. I generally like HERTZ, and despite experiencing the unreliability of the French service, everything went relatively smoothly otherwise.

I booked for a Peugeot 2008 but it was not available. I was given a car of the same class, Fiat 500x, but with a trunk way smaller. The car was really thing for my luggages.
