Originally booked a Mazda 2, but was told only a Suzuki van was available when picking up the car... They had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

The promised model was not available, and we were given a smaller one. We prepaid but there was no reservation for the specific model. Poor service.

Although I booked through Europcar, in Japan it was actually Times. The booking reference didn't match. Eventually, we asked at the airport information desk and compared phone numbers from different car rental companies to find out it was Times and got the specific store location. Otherwise, we would have had to call the store, but our phone cards were for internet use only and couldn't make calls, which made it more troublesome.

The rental route suggested by online users is totally accurate! After exiting the airport, walk for 2 minutes to 11B. The staff will give you a number tag, and a free shuttle bus will take you to the office.

Like: Very nice and friendly staff. The car I rented was in good condition. I totally recommend it!
