Fast in handling incidents. The store in the suburbs of Rome is more reliable than the one at the train station. The sales staff at the central station are too pushy.
We were supposed to pick up the car at 5 PM, and we had booked an automatic transmission. However, they tried to give us a manual without asking. Later, they said the automatic would be available around 7 PM, making us miss our hotel check-in, requiring us to book another hotel at almost 100 euros. We had to wait in a long line at around 4 PM. Extremely dissatisfied.
It was really easy from start to end! The pick up point at Civitavecchia from the cruise gate drop off point was very convenient (you should emphasize this). The explanation given to drop off at FCO at Block B, Level 3 was also helpful.
