Below expectation regarding the car cleaning and the pick up location

Very average, the car was average too!

Despite the fact that I had a scheduled pick up at the Herz location in Walnut Creek, no one at this location was expecting me and they didn't have the car type I requested in my booking. They had to call another shop and their driver got me there. The whole process took 40mins!

I had to wait in turn for about an hour but they did not forget me. Honestly, the car was worth the wait. I didn’t realize it until after I started my trip.

Maybe you want to clarify that the car is at the small hertz office. The address helped me finding the car.

Wanted a V8, but the one I ordered wasn’t in so I had to upgrade. Went into the car park and there was the car I originally ordered. Not impressed by this and I’m still waiting for the receipt 4 days after dropping the car off. I also had to pay extra in case the car broke down and needed picking up. Why am I paying for your car to be picked up if it breaks down? You should be delivering a new car to me and apologising.
