They didn't inform us in advance that the Mainz train station has no office, causing us to search for a long time. We were promised to pick up the car before 8 PM on the same day, but we were told we couldn't, and ended up getting the car the next afternoon. It delayed our trip and increased accommodation costs.

Sometimes the queue at the counter is very long, sometimes it's completely empty. It depends on the time; on average, the wait is 10 to 20 minutes. The service attitude is alright; some are very business-like, and some are more eager to help. Encountering a good employee is a matter of luck.

Very unsatisfied. It's been four months since my car rental, and they still haven't addressed the issue of overcharging. The car didn't have a navigation system, but they still charged me for it. They also claimed there was a scratch on the front bumper when I returned the car and said they needed to assess the damage and charge me. Four months have passed, and there's still no conclusion. The overcharged fee has not been resolved either.
