Not crowded

I had already paid in full, but the Hertz staff at the store canceled my car because I arrived late, and asked me to pay extra for a more expensive car. When I called QEEQ's Chinese customer service, they said they could not control Hertz and I needed to negotiate myself. I feel that QEEQ offers very low protection for customers, and Hertz is poorly managed with intentional price increases. After I insisted, they admitted I had paid in full and had to reserve the car for me. Even if I didn't pick up the car, it was still mine. Eventually, they provided a car of the same class, which proves they had a car but didn't want to give it to me initially. Their behavior was very malicious.

The counter staff were enthusiastic and friendly.

The car rental and exchange process is very convenient, easy to find at both the airport and train station. The vehicle was in excellent condition! It was a nearly new SUV from SsangYong.

All went smoothly but long delay to get paperwork done and then had to wait for car to be delivered to pickup point. Great car.

All was good and a good price.
