The store is easy to find, and the service is okay. On Saturday, I had to wait in line for 2 hours. Make sure to bring a physical card; Apple Pay doesn't work, and neither does a US credit card linked to Apple Pay. Otherwise, you won't be able to rent a car. The name on the credit card must match the name on your driver's license. I rented a gas car, but was given an electric car with only half a charge. Charging took 40 minutes to add 30 kilometers. If you return the car after 8 PM, there's a $20 fee. Otherwise, you need to park it yourself and return it the next day.

We were scheduled to pick up the car at 10:30 AM, but Hertz had no cars available that day without prior notice. We waited until 4 PM with no clear explanation from them; they kept avoiding the issue. During drop-off, we were inexplicably charged an extra $100, and we still haven't received a response.

Overly enthusiastic... The pickup time was faster than other car rentals I've experienced before. However, they strongly pushed for additional insurance, even though we had already purchased full coverage.

Ma réservation a été confirmée et quand je suis allée dans l'agence (sur Eraste Landry Street in Lafayette, LA) que j'avais choisie, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de voiture et qu'ils me téléphoneraient quand ils en auront une....Quand? Iimpossible de le savoir. Le personnel ne semblait pas s'en soucier plus que ça et n'a rien fait pour trouver une solution. Je me suis donc rendue à l'agence sur Pinhook road et là je tire mon chapeau au personnel qui a été très serviable et très soucieux de la situation. Ils m'ont trouvé une voiture et m'ont offert des avantages (réductions, facilité pour le retour du véhicule, assurance) et tout ça avec un sourire rassurant. Merci encore à l'équipe de Pinhook Agency pour avoir su gérer cette malencontreuse situation.
