It was a prepaid order, but the store didn't accept magnetic stripe cards, resulting in a failure to pick up the car. The order couldn't be changed or refunded, and after-sales service was very slow!

About Europcar: 2.0 /10
Waited in line for an hour, the car model I reserved wasn't available, and they gave me a Ford Focus without any explanation. I refused and said this wasn't the car I booked. They said I would need to wait at least another hour for my reserved model. In the end, after waiting another hour, they only provided an electric Mercedes. Charging and driving on the highway in Germany is not convenient.

They charged me about an extra $30, even though I prepaid everything through you. Could you please help me to recover that charge? They said everything was ok, so I don’t think there should be an extra charge.
