It was a prepaid order, but the store didn't accept magnetic stripe cards, resulting in a failure to pick up the car. The order couldn't be changed or refunded, and after-sales service was very slow!

The rental cost did not match the amount shown at drop-off, being about 30 euros higher. The actual charge was significantly higher than shown at drop-off, around 40 euros more, which was very disappointing.

We arrived at the store on time but were told the car we reserved was unavailable and were offered a Hyundai instead, which was far from what we wanted. We had to pay extra to rent a Skoda. How can they operate this way? I suggest avoiding this rental company as they don't reserve the car you book!
