I didn’t have an international driving license, but I was able to pick up the car using the car rental company’s translation document, my passport, and driving license through QEEQ. This time I got a five-door Opel, which is larger than what I originally booked—just perfect to fit two large suitcases. Perfect experience.
Damage to the vehicle was clearly marked at the pickup and confirmed via email.
When returning the car, make sure to fill up the tank at the nearest gas station and keep the receipt for verification. During this return, the rental company initially thought the car wasn’t returned with a full tank, but luckily I had kept the receipt as proof.
To emphasize, the translated document provided by the rental company must be printed in color; they do not accept digital copies only.

Spent about 130 minutes in the car pick up process. It was just too long and very poorly organised by Hertz. Yes, it was busy to collect (Saturday morning), but they should have staffed accordingly.
When I dropped the car the parking to return the vehicle is outside now. I was wondering what happened if raining. I was by myself and with a heavy luggage. I rather prefer to drop the car inside to avoid problems if raining.
