Everything else was satisfactory, but I encountered a big problem when picking up the car. I arrived at midnight, and it took two extra hours because they couldn't find the records of my booking with the rental company. Information didn't match up, so I had to pay again. It took a month to get a refund.

The car was great. We were missing a remote control though so the key would set off the alarm when we opened it. Pick up was very simple.

I found the website intuitive and relatively easy to use. Sometimes there was too much choice though which made the process longer.

Like: Price, clean, easy, great car- returning staff was great
Dislike: Initial pick up- guy was not friendly

Like: Very fast counter service.
Dislike: The car I rented was not available when I showed up in the parking lot for about 30 minutes later
