Very good, satisfied

Great attitude!

This trip to the U.S., I rented twice from Dollar. The first time from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the second time from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We had an accident during the first leg, but since we were rushing for a flight, they simply gave us a form to fill out the accident details, which was very efficient. However, during the second rental return, despite no accidents, we were asked to take a form a long way to the front desk. The front desk attended to three people picking up cars before helping us, even though we arrived first. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Overall ok experience, I was forced to pick up a different vehicle at a higher price, as I was late to pick up, and they try to up sell a vehicle at higher cost
