The store was easy to find, but the overpass was hard to locate when returning the car. It was quite scary being alone. All the cars are in one parking lot, so you just need to find your rental brand, which was a bit confusing. The staff inspecting the car was right in the parking lot, very convenient. We chatted a bit, and the inspection was very fast.
When renting the car, they gave a slip, and you could choose from the available cars in your rental category in the lot. I picked a Nissan and drove over 2000 kilometers with it.
The pick-up point was easy to find. Just take the light rail after exiting airport security. The Asian customer service representative was very friendly.
