Overall service was good, with no unnecessary upselling. However, $20 was inexplicably deducted during the return process, which was perfectly resolved later by QEEQ customer service.
The line to pick up the car was very long, I waited 40 minutes. The Toyota Corolla I reserved was not available, and they gave me a very old Chevrolet which was hard to drive.
When picking up the car, they said the reserved car wasn't cleaned yet and suggested an upgrade for eight dollars, which I accepted. However, the actual bill was $47.84. Returned the car on 7/30, and on 8/15, they charged $450, claiming there was a smoke smell in the car. This is nonsense as I don't smoke, and when I returned the car, the staff inspected it and didn't mention any smoke smell. How could it smell like smoke 15 days later? The rental car customer service was unable to resolve it, so I had to call myself. After some argument, the Avis customer service said they would refund the money. It's simply extortion.

Wait time was nearly 2 hours to pick up the car but lady a counter was very helpful when we finally got there. Car that we booked was not available but we were upgraded.
