The name on the credit card must match the name on your driver's license. I rented a gas car, but was given an electric car with only half a charge. Charging took 40 minutes to add 30 kilometers. If you return the car after 8 PM, there's a $20 fee. Otherwise, you need to park it yourself and return it the next day.
