Easy to pick up the car

Very good.

We arrived at 11:00 AM. After the staff finished their call, they started processing our paperwork, but we didn't have the driver's credit card with us, so we had to go back to get it. By the time we returned, it was 11:45 AM. We were then informed that they were on lunch break from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. We came back at 2:00 PM exactly and continued the process. In less than three minutes, the staff member handed our paperwork to another lady (the previous one was also a lady, who looked a bit Russian). After completing the paperwork, we could get the car. The staff told my husband he could choose the car, and when I looked, I almost cried. We had reserved a compact car, Alfa Romeo Giulietta with navigation or a similar model. The car parameters were manual transmission / 4 doors / 5 seats / air conditioning. Yet again, it was a Renault.

The procedures are very simple
