Quick and efficient. They do promote insurance, but if you say no, they respect your choice without any hassle. There's no need to stick to rental companies inside the airport terminal, as this limits your options. Many rental companies are just a few minutes' walk from the airport, so you can choose those with better reviews and a wider range of vehicles.

Pretty good, rented twice without any major issues

They was pretty good. It was a long process for the check in and for the return it was a struggle cause they weren’t any space to return the car. But otherwise it was really good.

I asked for full-full petrol, they gave me half a tank. This is unacceptable. 45min pick up queue is also unacceptable. There are tech companies that let you unlock your car with an iphone, and not speak to anyone. I'm not saying we should expect this from every car rental company, but I still cannot believe how much paperwork we have to fill out and that it takes 8-10 minutes for every person to collect their car. They need to improve their processes otherwise they will lose market share to tech-companies (Virtuo).
