Really easy and great value.

The queue time was quite long, and efficiency was low. It took six hours for the tow truck to arrive after a flat tire, and then we had to queue for another three hours to get a car. It wasted an entire day for us.

The window was smashed and they directly charged me? At least inform me during the process.

The rental process in Madrid was straightforward. In Barcelona, the return inspection was stricter, likely because the return and billing reviews are handled separately. The return team thoroughly checks the vehicle's exterior regardless of the insurance type the customer has purchased.

The service was great, the car pickup was fast, they recommended additional insurance but I didn't purchase it.

C’est tout simplement catastrophique! Le personnel au guichet est d’une insolence et d’un manque de respect envers tous les clients jamais vus. Mauvaise humeur et complètement impolis et malhonnêtes. Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi désagréable. À éviter absolument!!
