CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON GREEN MOTION IN ORLANDO

My initial invoice and my final invoice was 500%more expensive. I will not use or recommande Green Motion.

I rented my car through EasyRentCars, and brought the Voucher I received from that company. On my arrival at the pick up location at Green Motion, 7640 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, Fl 32822, I handed the colleague the printed version on this Voucher, and a printed version of the receipt I received from EasyRentCars. I explained that I did not need any further insurance, and directed her to read the Voucher. She did so. I agreed that I wanted the transponder activated for the toll roads. And agreed that the gas tank was fueled to between 1/2 and 1/4. When she asked me to sign for payment, I queried the amount of 227.90, as my voucher says that the amount due on pick-up was USD 46.25. Obviously the transponder would be additional to that, but still not 227.90. She assured me that the balance was simply a pre-auth to cover a USD 100 fee in case of smoking in the car, and a USD 200 fee in case of damage to the rims. I asked if there were any extras in this cost, other than the 46.25 due on collection, and the additional cost of the transponder. She assured me that there were no other charges and the actual payment would be as shown on my Voucher, and the balance of the amount was only a pre-authorisation. I dropped the car back to Green Motion, 7640 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, Fl 32822 on time, undamaged, not smoked in, and with the gas at 1/2 a tank, and was shown immediately to the shuttle to the airport. I received the emailed invoice after I had cleared security at Orlando Airport, and I tried to telephone the pick up location, but was unable to connect. The invoice shows a number of additional charges not mentioned in my rental voucher with EasyRentCars. I am less than impressed with this as I worked hard to convey what I needed, what I had paid for, and what I expected. The car was great, as was the shuttle and service that excludes the financial aspect

We waited forever to be served. Employees walked past the line up that was out the door never addressing them or at least acknowledging them and apologizing for their wait. Poor guest engagement

Like: Love the personal interaction of the manager,Christian. Made you feel like a million dollars Christian greeted and follow through with everything with excellence

Cars are out of date for a rental company we rented a mini van and was forced to take a suv which isn’t convenient with young kids We were also forced to pay for the over and above insurance as we are suppose to carry our home policy papers around with us unlike any other car rental place Would never rent from here again

After the clerk agreed with my husband and I that our credit card we used carried our insurance, our final bill charged us for a weeks insurance. We were accused of lying when we contacted them to remove the insurance.

I don't know what Green Motion is. I rented through Economy and they were great. My ratings above are for them.

Like: I had booked 9 pm instead of 9 am. Agent was able to adjust my reservation to resolve the problem.
Dislike: It was a great experience. There was nothing that I didn't like

Dislike: The car had been backed in to something and had a huge dent in the rear

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.

My pickup was to be at 12:30 am. The person at the counter said I put in 12:30pm and my vehicle was not available. I negotiated a more expensive vehicle with 'unlimited' mileage for $256. I was billed for $396 and as to this date my prepayment for the other original has not been credited to my card.

Horrible customer service at the counter. She would not let me use my own insurance, would not let me use the insurance that came with my easy car rental booking. They also did not have my car category and offered me an "upgrade". I drove over 1500 miles in the trip and the wanted me to drive a Ford Expidition (essentially a bus). That was unacceptable and they advised me they did not have any other vehicles. After over an hour at the counter, and speaking to multiple people, they finally got me an alternative. The cost of my 10 days tripled because of all of this and I was limited to what I could do on my vacation. Nothing but negative comments to say about Greenmotion and will never rent from them again.

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.

My only complaint was I had to drive a mini van because they were out of compact. Car was banged up a little and turn signal out.

Waited over 2 hours because they didn’t have any vehicles in the class we PAID for. We received a vehicle from a cheaper class which we did not get reimbursed for.

Additional charges and various inexplicable taxes ended up being more expensive than the rental itself.
