My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize.
No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly.
Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.
Many many many add-on surprise prices added to our costs. Unnecessary toll transponder for insane price and would not decline insurance without proof. The extra fees were very very insane. Will never rent there again. I don’t blame service staff and car was fine. This was obviously scripted from management. Awful. Awful. Awful.
did not have my car at rental time gave me a van but a banged up one long wait because I booked outside of green motion web site but was pleased with the experience. took more than 1 hr to get on the road. from arrival at airport. waited 45 minutes for shuttle. then at the rental desk at least 30 minutes. ladies who helped me tried to get through it as quick as they could and were very nice.
I didn't know they made cars without power windows anymore until I got this car.first car we had had a warning light on. There was dirt on shelf by rear win and rattle from trunk. Counter staff was good and drop off was very easy.
This is my second time of reservation. same MO but this time it’s not good enough for me just having insurance ID cards need to have declarations page with policy on it. It’s easy if I had phone with me but I left at home and it’s weekend no one works so forced to pay extra to get the car
Only issue was extra long wait time at airport to be picked up. Kept on hold for loooooong time when tried to call number to make sure pickup was on way - never got a person. Otherwise, excellent experience.
Not truthful about area tolls, deliberately pushing their EZ Pass device with exaggerations and lies.
Tried to charge me for a second driver just because my traveling companion was paying the vehicle - that’s ridiculous!
Claimed they would e-mail receipts at pickup and return, but never did - despite my telling them I hadn’t received either.
Other car companies wouldn’t be renting out visibly damaged cars like the one I received.
No windshield fluid. Isn't that a basic checklist item?
Repeatedly offering additional insurance, despite my constantly saying no, not necessary.
Damaged doors were not marked on checkout sheet until I took photos and demanded it be included.
American Express credit card was not accepted at this location. We were charged extra each day plus needed to put a deposit down. This caused our bank to lock our banking cards due to they believed fraud transaction was occurring. Had to send more time on the phone with our bank to correct this so we could use our banking cards while on our trip.
The vehicle smelled like smoke. There was no keyfob or electric windows. I will never rent from someone other than Hertz, Enterprise, or other nationally known rental cars. Never experienced this kind of problem with these companies or when we rented an economic vehicle from them it was always electric doors, windows, etc.
Everything was great except that they said my key fob didn't work but I could lock the car manually. Well the manual lock wouldn't lock either so I couldn't lock the care.
The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....
