Like: Friendly employees and very helpful with any questions I had.

There were long lines, but it was faster to use the self-service kiosk and I didn't have to listen to insurance upselling.

The queue time wasn't long, but you need to be able to speak English.

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.

The staff was off work and couldn't assist me.

Like: The plan was to drive the whole West Coast but then we were lured in by Death Valley! Took our wheels to Area 51 then up to Oregon. I think the highways were a bit tough on her but she made it and it took next to no gas to make the full trek. Already planning the next trip, with the same size car. It was perfect for two.

The company is good, but there was a bit of confusion at the counter. They kept saying I hadn't purchased insurance along with the car rental and were urging me to buy insurance for $5 a day. I was sure I had already bought it, but in a rush, I ended up buying it. Just something to be aware of.

Convenient and quick car rental and return

Renting the car was quite convenient.

The wait time was a bit long

Dislike: I think I lucked out getting the shuttle as other people said they waited 40 minutes

Service was quick and there was no push to buy insurance.
