We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

I always rent from Alamo, many times now! They are very good, with cheap prices and no issues. The only dissatisfaction is that every time I book a Jeep Grand Cherokee model, I've never once received it. This time, I saw one parked and wanted to take it, but the staff said I'd have to pay extra! I don't know if it's a problem with the rental platform or Alamo, but if you can't get this model at the listed price, don't mislead us. Booking a Grand Cherokee, only to be offered a Jeep Compass, is not the same class of vehicle! Very dissatisfied. Ended up with a Dodge Journey SUV.

The company provided good service. The windshield was damaged halfway, but the store handled it promptly.

This rental experience was excellent. Drove 5500 kilometers without any issues. Vehicle exchange took only 1 minute. Amazing!

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

Alamo's service was unexpectedly good. They offer self-service car pickup, although I used the counter. Self-service is probably very convenient during busy times. The car was in good condition, and you can choose your model within the same category, which is a nice touch. Maybe because I bought full insurance on QEEQ, there were no extra sales pitches like before.

Smooth process and quick car pickup!

Clearly selected a mid-to-large SUV on the website (more expensive) but was given the option of a compact city SUV (listed at a lower price) upon arrival in the US. The time spent waiting for and choosing the car was included in the rental period. Despite this, I managed to choose a newer car (with lower mileage), but ended up paying extra for a higher-grade vehicle and wasted 40 minutes waiting for it.
