AVIS Thailand's staff cannot arrange timely car pickups for the reserved time and don't speak English at all. The tint on the front window is too dark, making it hard to see at night.
After picking up luggage at Bangkok Airport and passing through customs, it was already 1 AM. At the AVIS service counter in the terminal, we showed our printed voucher, and the staff warmly assisted us and quickly arranged for a vehicle to take us to the car pick-up location. Upon arrival, the staff quickly completed the procedures, checked the car, and handed it over to us. They thoughtfully provided us with a self-printed map of AVIS's location and directions on how to return the car here. Returning the car was smooth, the staff promptly completed the formalities and took us to the terminal.
