The staff at the front desk were professional. I only rented the car for one day, but they gave me an extra four hours for return without charging me extra. Their reminders were thorough in all aspects.
The pickup waiting time was too long. Shouldn't everything be prepared in advance? The car was very old, having been driven over hundreds of thousands of kilometers. It didn't have CarPlay or a phone mount, making navigation very inconvenient.
